This is my favorite senior shoot I’ve ever done, cause , well, it’s my beautiful niece and we had us a beautiful, fun day together in Newport! She is the first born grandchild in my family and she has made us all adore her from day one. I still remember the first time I saw her at my brother’s house. She was the prettiest newborn I’d ever seen and I was completely smitten. When she was little, before she started school and before I had my own children, we spent a lot of time together. Sleepovers, mall trips, playing, dancing, watching Barney and trips to the park. She was the funniest kid and you never knew what would come out of her mouth! HA! She always had gusto and was never afraid to speak her mind.
I still remember when she learned to walk, when she learned to sing-(she loved to sing!), her art projects, and how she always seemed older than she was. My favorite thing about her from back then and to this day is how she loves. And even though she has been through some hard times in her young life, she still has a heart of gold.
I was so excited for her senior shoot. I bugged her about it for most of her junior year cause I couldn’t wait. We finally picked a date and went shopping, had her hair & make-up done and headed to Newport. You’ll see how fun she is. It was great photographing her because she is free to be herself at all moments and she is adorable being so.
So here’s my lovely niece, first baby in my family to grab onto my heart…
